  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your jewelry.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original gift box and any protective materials are included.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
